I clip my earbuds to this and they just dangle against my chest instead of getting lost in my bag. The cord doesn't tangle up the way I expected, which is the main reason I keep reaching for it.

Didn't think I'd care about a lanyard until my earbuds stopped vanishing into couch cushions. This one keeps them right at chest level while I'm cooking or walking the dog, and the cord doesn't dig into my neck. Simple thing, but it just works.

The metal clip has survived two months of daily use without bending or loosening. Printing on the strap is still crisp, no fading at all.
